Hi, my name is Zach Ferry and I work as a product designer and facilitator in Washington D.C.
I’m a product designer and facilitator with 2 years of experience researching user’s needs through usability tests and in-depth interviews, prototyping solutions to gain feedback, and implementing solutions to ensure maximum impact of the project. I’m currently working with Montgomery County government as a Design Fellow.
